3M's Cap Mounted Black Earmuffs are a listen only hard hat attachment headset that offers a safe reduction of worksite noises with a simple push of a button. The mounted communication earmuffs are designed for comfort and durability in mind to work with you for as long as you need.
Can be used in applications such as; Assembly, Cleaning, Demolition, Electrical, Facility Maintenance, Grinding, Machine Operations, Painting, Sanding, Welding
- Ear cup button for "listening mode" - don't need to lift off ear defenders, exposing yourself to damaging sounds, to communicate or hear outside noises.
- Listen-through capability with the pass-through sound limited to 87 dB
- Auto-switches to full protection after 30 seconds or when button is pressed again
- Liquid/foam filled earmuff cushions for comfortable long-term wear
- Noise Reduction Rating (NRR)*: 25dB
